1) Cleaning supplies. Brooms, mops, cleaners, towels...all make cleaning easier and a bit more pleasant for me. Ipods also help make the job fun. :)
2) Electricity. Don't need to expand much on this one. Pretty wonderful.
3) Q-tips
4) Soft, warm beds and sheets
5) Warm enough weather to drive with my windows down
