1) The magnificent sky. What a sunset tonight! (I slipped out of church to peek and even tried to capture it with my phone. Didn't do it justice). And the moon is nearly full- last night the white clouds were coasting in front of the moon and navy backdrop. The West blesses us with it's vast beauty and I love it.

4) Distractions. I think a lot and this offers reprieve be it movies, a good book, responsibilities, projects, focusing on others, heavy medication, eating my feelings...you get my drift.
